Portable X-Ray Systems
Portable X-ray units are designed to be reliable in some of the world’s toughest conditions. Using modern compact electronics to minimize weight and provide a high power output with extremely low ripple, and a sturdy metal ceramic X-ray tube, the ERESCO Series generates a high X-ray dose. This delivers the shortest exposure time, resulting in higher productivity.
ERESCO MF4 X-ray tubes
ERESCO MF4 is a line of mobile X-ray devices suitable for hostile environments. Its lightweight design combined with even more robustness makes on-site inspections an easy task.
Special power electronics allow for an alternative field operation, as well as integration in crawlers.
The digital control module with its new full graphical display is easy and safe to operate. The ease of use is further supported by clear text messages in many international languages, display of character sets (e.g. Cyrillic, Chinese and Japanese characters), an exposure calculator and many other reporting or administration features. High quality electronic components and robust design of control and tube heads make the ERESCO series suitable for inspections even in hostile environments like rain (IP 65) or high temperatures (100% duty cycle at 30°C/86°F ambient temperature). Its low power consumption keeps not only the energy cost low but also makes operation with portable power supplies an easy thing to do.
ISOVOLT mobile 160, small X-ray tube, high voltage
The ISOVOLT mobile 160 has been designed for operations where access to the inspection area is difficult. It is ideal for use in the energy, mineral and petro chemical industries where pipelines and container tanks require X-ray inspection. It consists of an X-ray generator, a choice of 160 kV X-ray tubes, an integral water-cooling system, high voltage cable up to 20 m (64 ft.) in length and a control module based on the field-proven MF4. All the components are carried in a compact, wheeled transport cart, which provides IP54 protection of the system in harsh operating conditions. The high voltage cable and the cooling hoses are also sheathed for added protection.

ISOVOLT Titan E Series
The new ISOVOLT Titan E stationary X-ray machine is based on the field-proven ISOVOLT Titan series, but offers significant improvements in ease of operation, controllability and on-board logic to allow greater operational productivity and reliability. The new machine will find increasing application in meeting the requirements of system integrators for automated X-ray solutions, as well as being used as a stand-alone X-ray machine for conventional X-ray radiography and radioscopy.
